Staff were extremely helpful. Sandy, the sales executive employee, went above and beyond to help with lost and found items and Ramen at the pool bar was ever present, efficient and enthusiastic. Totally worth the money! All major tourist attractions are near to the hotel and you can access Bawadi Mall from the hotel. In terms of services, I am happy and this place is definitely worth visiting again. Breakfast and dinner buffet was also good with decent range of choices. The staffs were also welcoming and ready to address any concerns that guests have. Kudos! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for your Visit to hotel.

The room is sufficiently large and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean and big enough. The hotel is on the outskirts of Al Ain, you need a taxi to get into town. The pool and garden area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of sun loungers and it is very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much. The breakfast and dinner are very rich and tasty. We always looked forward to it. Thank you for the lovely stay.
