We loved it! It was very clean and welcoming! The staff was great, they responded to every whim. The villas were beyond great! The mineral pools were warm and clean and there was room for every guest! The breakfast was good. A little addition; the villas were fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own food there.

The location,staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was Fabulous. Surely don’t need to spread soo much stuff: Continental Bulgarian English breakfast And cereal and cakes and yogurt and fruits dry and fresh. Absolutely ridiculous amount of food for breakfast.

The AC was working. The receptionist was nice. The size of the room is decent and has a balcony. It's fairly well furnished. It has a private parking.

The house is really cozy, warn and comfortable for 4-5 people. It has a big garden with barbecue and jacuzzi. There is a vinery in 10 minutes by car. The host was helpful and stayed in contact with us all the time.

The venue is nice and definitely exceeded my expectations given the 2* classification of the hotel. The definitely could get an extra star given what they actually offer in my opinion :-). Staff was nice and helpful. The balneo center is well equipped and maintained with variety of procedures offerred (mud, luga, jacuzzi, pool, etc). Tasty home-made food available for both lunch and dinner.

We had the entire place for ourselves and appreciated the peacefulness it offers, the comfortable bed, and the very well equipped kitchen. It's close to beautiful nature trails, ancient archaeological sites and a spa. The host was helpful at all times.
