The hotel and staff were amazing. The location was excellent and the view of the lake was out of this world! The room was huge, very comfortable and the children loved having their very own space.

The location was beautiful. It was in the middle of the mountains. Listen to the cowbells. The staff for excellent. the food was excellent and it was just a really lovely stay. We would go back and visit them again.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel situated very conveniently, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train station. 10 minute drive away from sites and points of interest ( Gruyère, Cailler chocolate factory, most exquisite wine shops). Ample car parking. Pet friendly. We didn't have our dog with us this time but we will definitely bring him with us the next time we stay in this hotel. ❤️
