This is the best hotel in Grindelwald - modern, convenient, has a pool and SPA, excellent breakfast, underground parking lot. It is on the expensive side but in my view totally worth it. Highly recommended.

The staff over here are exceptional. My biggest thanks to Simona working there. She was the best and made the whole experience of staying there wonderful. She makes sure that every person who stays there is having a good time. She takes care of everyone like a family and speaks with warmth. If the management is reading this you should really appreciate her personally. She was excellent. Also excellent ladies at the reception. They are so welcoming and kind. This is what I look for in a perfect hotel.

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me.
