we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

Most especially, we loved the staff - Pauline was so very helpful and kind and the restaurant staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts offered a nice variety, and the dinner selections were awesome. We also enjoyed the location, being so close to the promenade as well as the bus stop. We were quite happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel next to train station, main bus stop to Montreux & shopping centre. Buffet breakfast in elegant surroundings. Yummy evening meals. Free travel pass upon arrival. Twenty minutes scenic bus ride into Montreux. Fifteen minutes scenic bus ride to Charlie Chaplin's house and up the mountain. Job done.
