What particularly impressed me was the proactive and continuous communication from the hotel. The staff sent multiple messages before my arrival, confirming all details and addressing any possible concerns I might have. They even called me at the exact time I had requested to ensure everything would go smoothly. This level of dedication and care is something I truly appreciate. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with the check-in process. The receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and professional, personally ensured that I was settled comfortably in my room. The room itself was elegant, well-equipped, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere, while the bathroom was modern and thoughtfully designed. Location. It was very easy to get to the airport from in front of the hotel. Breakfast: Not many hot breakfast option but it was expected. Room: super comfortable bed. Very clean and fresh smell. The reception team, Olga, was really helpful. She managed the check-in smoothly without any issues as everything was prepared in advance.
