From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with love and attention to quality. The spa treatments were exceptional, and the personalised care and attention made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, blending modern comforts with a charming, homely feel. If you’re visiting Saas Fee, don’t miss the opportunity to hike one of the beautiful trails back to the hotel – it’s the perfect way to enjoy the stunning scenery before relaxing at the spa. This is more than just a hotel; it’s a sanctuary for anyone looking to truly unwind. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. This is a very special place in Saas Fee. You can feel the love and care from every corner and each staff member. Location is a bit decentralised, but in this case it's a plus, because the location is wonderfull, in the middle of the forest, making for a stunning view from either our room and the sauna. They provide free regular lift to the centre by electrical car, which we only used once however, because the trail to the town was just beautifull (look at the pictures) and we always prefered to walk it. A la carte breakfast is a welcome option for us with special diet, since you get to eat exactly what you want. I believe they would be able to figure out something for every allergy or diet. We also had their homemade pasta and rissotto for dinner and it was really delicius. I feel so happy we have chosen to stay here and will definitely come back soon. Thank you!
