The room was lovely, the bed so comfortable. The staff couldn´t do enough for your stay. We used the gym which was resourced well, and the pool. The environment was lovely and the two restaurants served excellent food. The breakfast had good variety and there was always someone on hand to assist in English. There was daily room service and a turn down service in the evening. Enjoyed our stays immensely.

Excellent location (walking distance to restaurants, bar and tourist spots), cleanliness, service and staffs. Special thanks to Lio and 小谭 in assisting me with my appeal for refund as I was not able to reach the hotel on the first day of my reservation due to an unforeseen circumstances.
