the hot spring pools with Rincon de la Vieja view and 24-hour flowing water, which comes from the volcano. The temperature of the pools are different, so you could choose the one that fits you. Very friendly persons. The food tastes also good 👍 a surprise experience here. Be careful ! The main entrance is just on the main road. Don't always trust Google maps, he may accidentally send you to the back door.

The most amazing thing was the view in the evening and by day!!! The host was a super amazing dude, he checked on us if everything was okay. And he was so enthousiast. He told us everything what we could do in this region and around the property. He even lead us to a hike trial that not many people know of. It was an absolutly amazing stay! If you are in Costa Rica, you have to spent a night at this house, and probably 2!!

Owner was very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and chef Isabel was delightful! Visited nearby "Aqua Celeste." It was lovely. The pool is a nice size & safe depth for children. In my opinion, this property is a little too big & kind of expensive for just 1 person. It would be great value for a big family or couples vacationing together.

Johnny was the best host that you can imagine. He knows a lot about animals and is very helpful. He recommends nice places where you can do activitys around the area. Especially the night tour and the cacao tour are very nice. The hotel has a small garden with a lots of animals. You can see tucans and frogs around the area. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. This place is definitely an recomendation. It was the nicest place where we have been so far in Costa Rica.

Where should we start? The stay was perfect in every way. The family atmosphere, the very warm welcome, the extremely friendly host family, the many animals, the guided tours of the garden, the delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for everything, we felt very welcome.

An amazing place with stunning views and abundant wildlife. Lots of birds and we were lucky enough to see a whole troop of white-faced monkeys. Also awoke to the sound of Howler monkeys. Breakfast was very nice too.

Loved the location, the "zen" vibe, the beautiful gardens, the attention to detail paid to the amenities in the individual villas, the fire that was lit for breakfast in the morning on the gorgeous outdoor covered eating space, the delicious and healthy breakfasts, the extraordinary wildlife that was so abundant and made it difficult for me to focus on eating my breakfast lol, the walking path surrounding the property, the approachability of the owners, the friendliness of their staff, their obvious love and appreciation for nature, their surroundings, their community and CR. This is a magical place -- we were escaping the Minnesota winter to bird, hike and enjoy Costa Rica, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were even invited to Christmas Eve dinner with traditional Costa Rican food. We saw incredible wildlife, facilitated by our hosts, and would come back again in a heartbeat.
