Stayed for 1 night on business, hotel very clean, good size rooms, excellent breakfast and very kind and helpful receptionist. Extremely good value, would choose again, I wish all hotels would be like this one.

When we arrived we found The Hotel was closed and no effort was made to contact us before or at time of check in.

Lovely pool and sauna area. Very friendly staff who accommodated every wish. For example making a breakfast package because we had to leave before the buffet opened

NOTHING !!!!!!! ESPECIALLY THE SUPER SERVICE AND THAT NOBIDY IS REACHABKE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM !!!!!!! We were trying to get into the place for more than 2 hours ! The pincode for entry did not work and nobody was reachable by phone ! The 24 hour phone number was switched off - really super service !!! I want my money back !!! Nice location, nice village, nice castle, enjoyed the trip with the boat to Orlik and then the challenging (long and a bit adventourous) walk back. Nice local and affordable restaurants in the village.
