Stayed here while attending a corporate event at nearby Down Royal Racecourse. Room was beautifully decorated in keeping with the character of this stunning building - everything felt luxurious. Breakfast next day was amazing and serviced by the most lovely team of people. Had the pleasure of meeting Lynne who was most welcoming on arrival. A stunning gem of a place to stay, highly recommend!

Peter was an amazing host, very kind and informative giving good directions and tips on the area. I loved my room, a home away from home, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever. It met all my needs, and I appreciated the kettle and tea and coffee in my room. It is in a quiet area so I slept really well. I enjoyed starting the day with breakfast and meeting other guests whilst enjoying a view of the beautiful garden. If I am back in Belfast I will definitely stay again. Thank you so much Peter.😊

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience at The Balmoral Hotel. Greeted by such friendly reception staff. Arriving in my room to find a lovely message and treat for my 50th birthday...so kind and thoughtful. The room was very, very clean. New shower room. Lovely toiletries. Very quiet. We ate in the restaurant .... there was the of us and we genuinely each thought it was the BEST food we had ever tasted!! Lovely surroundings. The bar next door looked really nice too... and we also had a peep at the outdoor beer garden.... wasn't open but looks great! Beds really comfy...quality sheets & pillows. BREAKFAST...WAOW!! I'd read the reviews....it really was that good! Danish pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, plus a cooked breakfast selection. Just ALL wonderful from start to finish. The large loft was comfortable for three adults, the room is really well laid out with exceptionally comfortable bedding snd beds. Location is great, 7 min walk from bus station where you can get busses to airport. Theres a good bar in the hotel and numerous places nearby.
