Fantastic stay here. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, well stocked and nice fresh towels and bedding. Shared bathroom was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was beautiful, cooked to perfection and excellent range of choices. I ate everything in sight! Location very good for town centre and train station., 5 minute walk.

In 8 acres of landscaped grounds roamed by deer and Letchworth black squirrels, house features a pool, a gym and free Wi-Fi. voco Letchworth Hall by IHG also has ample free parking.

The hotel is so welcoming. From the receptionist who was so welcoming to the cleaners, who really take pride in the service they provide. My room was beautiful. Outstandingly clean and the bed was simply divine. I had a very peaceful stay and you really can’t hear other guests as the rooms seem so well insulated. The bar was a lovely place to spend time if your on your own as I was. I can totally recommend the Steaks on offer. The Bavette Steak was amazing. I hope to stay again soon as it was a total pleasure being there. Excellent Hotel.

Fantastic hotel, very clean, beautiful design. Everything is new. It is probably newly build or newly renovated. Reception shows information with departures and arrivals of flights at airport. It is 10 minutes walk to airport. Delicious food in restaurant, very good breakfast, cosy lounge and bar area with TV's. Very friendly and helpful personnel at reception and restaurant. Our kids very really happy to stay in restaurant and lounge with Gedirile, Clayton, Krystian and Kieran.
