The hotel is very modern, stylish, exceptionally clean. The room is spacious. There’s a terrace and a fireplace room. Breakfast is great. And the owner is super friendly, helpful and very pleasant to meet! The hotel is uniquely designed combining patio and 2 buildings with a backyard. Thank you for such a lovely place!

We had Ella, Mari and grandma as our hosts. They could not have been more kind and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and they kept spoiling us with tea and snacks. The room was clean and comfortable. They were also extremely helpful in finding us a last minute van to Armenia when we discovered we couldn’t get what we thought was a regularly scheduled marshrutka. Clean and comfortable room with new repairs, in a quiet place not far from the center. Also, the heating was on by the time we checked in. Surprisingly the kitchen was in perfect condition with all the necessary kitchenware
