The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining the room was evident and it made me, and my family truly pampered during the stay. Location is perfect and staff really really nice. There is a giant reef right in front of the hotel and the facilities are really good.

Great breakfast, plenty options and good quality food. The staff very friendly and helpful, nice location and comfortable rooms, good quality bed sheets and pillows. Definitely a place I would come back to.

We were only supposed to be there one night, but due to flight cancellations, ended up staying for 4 and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and did their best to help us and other guests that were also stuck on the Island. The location is perfect, on the main strip in West End and directly opposite the water taxi's to West Bay. Plenty of food and nightlife too.
