The family run Radosri is a truly exceptional place to stay. The lovely and very comfortable, clean rooms are arranged around a beautifully cared for garden. It was a joy to sit outside our room and enjoy the flowers arranged the courtyard. Our host was really helpful in organising tours of Ooty and Coonoor and ascertaining what we would enjoy for breakfast and evening meals. All of the staff worked hard to make us feel at home and not just tourist’s passing through.The home stay is in a ideally located visit places of interest in both towns. The home stay is a short rickshaw ride away from the stunning Sims Park gardens. It was possible to walk from Radosri along a quiet country lane to reach a fine dining restaurant and also Sims Park. Breakfasts at Radosri were included in the price of accommodation and again were exceptional including fruit and yoghurt, an omelette and a different type of Indian breakfast item each day, as well as coffee or tea. We choose to eat an evening meal at Radosri each day at extra cost.We selected our evening meal from a wide menu in the morning to enable fresh ingredients to be used. The meals were of excellent quality with the chef taking delight in our positive comments. The meals were again exceptional value for money. We can recommend a stay at Radosri without reservation and will be recommending the home stay to our friends who may be visiting the area.

The property indeed reminded of Kashmiri heritage. The interiors and furnishings were authentic. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Shout out to Mithun (chef), Shambu and Shahid who took good care and made the trip memorable. Property is nestled between the tea gardens and the location is ideal to visit places.

We had such a fabulous time at The Laughing Woods, we'd recommend it to anyone. The room was massive, with an incredible view out into the Tea Plantation. You really feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, which is very peaceful, beautiful and green. The Owner Prasanna was so communicative, and helped us to plan a really interesting few days in Kotagiri. He was immensely helpful, with great recommendations. His Staff are so lovely and welcoming, and wow, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious - some of the best food we've had in South India. Well cooked homely food. It is not masala masala and Our Stomach was so Happy 😊. It is a beautiful spot to stay even though it involves a little bit of extra driving. The rooms are very clean. The food is fantastic! In Dinner, Paneer Gravy and Egg Gravy are Super. By walk we went around 8kms in the resort road and its Amazing. This place is especially a Safe and comfortable Destination for Couples & Woman Travellers. Thank you for an incredible stay! 🩷

The culinary experience was truly exceptional. The hotel’s chef is a master of his craft, and it shows in every dish. The seafood spaghetti was a revelation – perfectly cooked pasta with a generous amount of shrimps , all enveloped in a rich, flavorful white sauce. Each bite was a delight, showcasing the high-quality ingredients and culinary skill. Equally impressive was the mutton curry. The meat was tender and succulent, cooked to perfection in a fragrant and spicy curry that was bursting with flavor. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into preparing, and it made for an unforgettable dining experience. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious and tastefully decorated, with a stunning view of the tea fields.
