Everything about the Hotel screamed 5 stars. Spotlessly clean, beautifully lit and well maintained hotel. The staff were well mannered and extremely hospitable. All our requests were attended to within minutes. Both the rooftop bar and the executive lounge were great to hang out and have a few drinks. The multi-cuisine restaurant had an excellent spread for the breakfast buffet and the food prepared a la carte was exceptional. The roof top pool had good views of the mountain nearby and the gym was well equipped. Overall, staying at Distrikt 9 was the most relaxing part of our trip. Highly recommend this hotel as it offers excellent value for money and real 5 star service.

Everything was lovely. From the moment we arrived we were made most welcome. Our room was beautifully furnished and although quite small it had everything we needed and loads of storage space. The bathroom was great with a lovely shower and very hot water and nice clean soft towels. Our bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have opening windows to let in fresh air. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good and well priced. The inclusive buffet breakfast was also good with with sufficient choices including fresh fruit, toast and Indian foods. The location away from the main town meant it was nice and quiet but not removed from the centre. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. It is a new hotel and everything is still in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. Well done and thank you to everyone.

Great place to stay. It is centrally located in the Pallakkad town close to the railway station. It is one of the very few hotels to have a pure vegetarian restaurant. The place is very neat and clean. The room was spacious. The room service was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay at this place.

Excellent facilities, exceptional staff service, and good maintenance and hygienic toiletries. Had a pleasant and wonderful stay there. The front office staff were keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even arranged a cab for my trip by bargaining with the driver, and reducing the charge, which I would have hesitated to do. Thank you Mr.Girish, Front Office, for your excellent service. Overall a very good and peaceful experience. If given a chance, I would love to go there again.
