Was stuck in Egilstaðir due to weather, Staff was friendly, asked if they could help me with anything. But as I was arriving very late, I wanted nothing more than just to get to bed and I had an excellent nights sleep.

This guesthouse is in a great location within this small but beautiful town, a short walk to everything you need (bars, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc). The room was a generous size, clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen amenities were generous with plenty of space for cooking & storing our groceries. We definitely recommend this guesthouse.

This hotel provides classic hotel amenities and service -- something that is rare nowadays -- for a very good price. Our Superior room was spacious and everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, the dinner buffet excellent with a wide choice of salads.
