We saw the northern lights here! Thanks to our host for recommending the best aurora viewing spots - their tips helped us enjoy an even more spectacular show that night. We particularly loved the shared dining area！Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

This is probably the cleanest, most quiet hostel I've been to in all European countries. Absolutely loved it!

staff is very very kind, they borrow me their car to let me have dinner in town and pick up rented car in the morning! place and stay so good!

Highly recommend!! We got to see our first show of northern lights here!!! You need not go anywhere to see them. You can enjoy it from the comfort of your room. The rooms and property are great- clean. Breakfast was great and with a view! The hotel is located at a distance of 10-12mins from Hofn town (by car). Great location for viewing auroras.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull.

Very spacious room. Beautiful views out the window. Beds were really comfortable. They thought of all the little things. A place for your suitcase. A wall mirror. Hangers for your jackets. Spot under them for your shoes. A nice table to work from. Tv. Very fast wifi. Washroom was big and the shower was nice. very clean. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Lovely surroundings. Felt very private and secluded despite the town being just 5 mins away. Everything worked out great. Would highly recommend especially if you're traveling with kids!
