Lovely and friendly hosts who helped us arrange a boat trip and taxi rides. The villa had good kitchen facilities to cook and the pool water was pleasantly refreshing. There were nice restaurants and grocery stores near the villa. Hopefully we will come back again!

The most amazing place we’ve ever stayed! We had a room with a balcony directly overlooking the ocean and it took our breath away each time we looked out there! Staff were amazing as were the locals. Was very sad when we left, will definitely be back!

From the very first moment, our experience at Gioì Hotel was outstanding. The property is brand new, so all the facilities are in perfect condition, featuring modern technology and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room far exceeded expectations: much larger than anticipated, very bright thanks to two large windows, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to rest. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Giorgio, who was always available, warm, and attentive to every detail. Any request or question was handled immediately and with genuine kindness, which truly made a difference. And if you’re hesitating because the hotel isn’t in a “main” town on the Amalfi Coast, don’t! It’s just 5 minutes by train (ticket only €3.5) or 10 minutes by bus, with frequent transportation all day long to Sorrento and other Amalfi Coast destinations. The location is truly strategic: you get tranquility without sacrificing easy access to everything. In summary, Gioì Hotel offers brand-new modern facilities, first-class personalized service, and a location that makes it the ideal base to explore the region.

Location is very good. It is just steps from the train station, which makes it very convenient, and less than 10 minutes of the core tourist part of Sorrento. The communication was impeccable. I wrote every time and the response was almost immediate. We had room no.4 with a little balcony, which was nice. I also had a desk where I could comfortably telework for two full days. The cleaning lady, Raffaella, was particularly sweet. She even brought me coffee to "help me" with my work. It's the kind of people that makes your stay extra especial. Bathroom was good size as well. We had a safe and decent space to place our clothes. Good internet that allowed me to work no problem. They allowed me to stay one extra hour on departure, as I needed to keep on working that day. The cafe outside, 261, is a great place to have breakfast, and a quick lunch as well. I stayed with them last year, and I think price/quality is good. While not in main core of touristy area, we never felt the walk was long or boring to feel detached, as the street is full with restaurants and stores to look at. And the closeness to Train/bus is hard to beat.
