Very friendly and helpful staff. English is sometimes a problem but thank goodness for Google translate. We had our hotel for the day cancelled and they did everything to help us book a new hotel I would definitely recommend to stay there

Great breakfast. The location is incredible. They had a bike rental service, which allowed me to explore more of the area. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain what I needed to know.

Value for money, cosy hotel with small but clean and adequate room. Great for airport transfer in Matsumoto because it’s very short distance to the airport. Service and (paid) breakfast are very good. Highly recommended!
