Lovely host. She bought chocolates for my kids and showed us how to operate the washer, stove and aircon heaters. Big spacious and clean 2-level house. Mt Fuji is around the corner and can be seen at location. Good base to explore the Mt Fuji area and lakes.

We could not ask for a better place to stay while we were visiting Mount Fuji. The shed itself is a masterpiece and it is in a beautiful and quite area. Of course the '64 Shelby with no. 75 in the living room / garage is an absolute plus to the whole experience, but the favourite part of our stay was how our friendly host, Yoshi welcomed us and shared the whole story behind this amazing place. We hope to get back soon to visit again!

The onsen was great!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enough choice in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and comfy with mountain view!

We only stayed one night but it was perfect for that. The view of Fuji was nice and the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The room was beautiful and well kept, it was a very cool experience for Americans who have never seen a traditional Japanese style accommodation. The view of Mount Fuji from the roof was worth the walk up the stairs and the Onsen was clean and beautiful. Also when you check in the lake front viewing area with snacks was just the place to warm up and watch the beautiful area.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.
