United KingdomStaff were lovely, and the hotel had clean and modern facilities. Loads of stuff to do, coffee avaliable, small gym with a rack/cable machine as well as running machines, stair master and bikes. The convenience store was basic but had a decent range. PC bang looked good too (but didn't end up trying it out)

AustraliaMr Lee was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way to help me find the bus I needed. He organised a lovely lady to do my washing. She was very kind and cheerful and did a great job. I was very thankful. My room was big, clean and comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and my bathroom even had a bath. It is true to the pictures in Korean style with all modern cons. I was thrilled with the heated blanket! It is also one street away from the bus stop. Thank Mr Lee!
