The best stay we’ve had in Laos so far - even though we only stayed a night, I wish it could have been longer! Totally clean, great aircon and right near the night market. The best though was the owner, who was so kind to us our entire stay and afterwards, even storing our bags and offering us a cold juice while waiting for our taxi at the end of the day. Don’t hesitate!

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful choice. The view from my room was simply amazing, overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The service staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel also has a well - equipped fitness center, which is perfect for those who like to stay active during their travels.

I am so happy that I booked this place, it’s more like an apartment than a hotel and I felt really at home here. It was so peaceful, overlooking the mountains, with a huge balcony and really light and airy inside. It’s brand new, opened last year and everything is spotless and really well thought out, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. All the staff are wonderful and the breakfast every morning was like a cultural experience in itself. Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Luang Prabang. We also had our laundry done here and they rented us a moped for the whole stay at a very good price. It’s run by a hard working and honest family, and they are wonderful hosts and all around lovely people. I would book this place again in a heartbeat if I ever come back to Luang Prabang!

The staff made our stay out of this world especially Oscar and Pansa. From the moment we made our booking they bent over backwards to ensure our every need was met. As they all waved us off when we left we had tears in our eyes. The location was great. Although 7 minutes out of town the hotel provides free shuttle runs 3 times a day. It is on the way to the Si Kuang falls and other tourist spots so very convenient for sightseeing. And of course being out of town it is oh so tranquil. The pool is large if a little cool so a great place to relax. Although it does not have the facilities of other 5 star hotels the price is considerably lower so it is great value for money.

The service was exceptional. The reception staff was very helpful in booking us last minute train tickets to Vientiane. They also offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room was very spacious, big and sparkling clean. Also the location was amazing. It was just around the corner from the night market and hot spots in Luang Prabang.

Amazing and helpful staff. You won't find any friendlier and helpful! My room and bed were spacious and clean, and wifi was strong. I didn't have any issues. I had to reschedule my last night, and there was no problem!! Location can't be better either. Very central and between the road of the night market and the street of the day market

The location is fantastic for those of us who want to experience Luang Prabang, but don't want to be bothered by the sounds from the night market or partying backpackers. It's on one of the quieter streets, so when you get home at night you can just relax, at the same time as it is close enough to all the fun Old Town Luang Prabang stuff to be able to walk the distance in just a few minutes. The rooms are cozy and very well maintained, and to be able to have breakfast with a view of the river while still not being right by the morning traffic on the street was a great way to start each day. A special round of applause goes to the incredible staff! They where wonderful the entire time we stayed there, but then they really kicked it up a notch when we discovered that we had book the wrong flight and needed to get to Vientiane as soon as possible. The made sure that no more than ten minutes later vi where safely on a prepaid taxi that took us right where we needed to go, and they were doing it in the middle of breakfast service. Really, this might be the best hotel staff in the world.
