I recently stayed at Tilia ApartHotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff's friendliness and attention to detail stood out. It was a hot day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the AC had already been turned on in my room, anticipating my arrival. The airport transfer I booked for my spouse went off without a hitch, adding to the overall smoothness of our stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop view—truly spectacular! Waking up each day to watch the sunrise over the mountains and Mediterranean was a breathtaking experience. The view offered everything from majestic mountains to the bustling cityscape of Beirut. The hotel’s facilities are perfect for families. My nephews had ample space to play and run around, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable; I noticed that even when a customer accidentally spilled water in the elevator, it was cleaned up in minutes. Tilia ApartHotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit. The combination of outstanding service, amazing views, and family-friendly amenities made it an unforgettable stay!

The place is customer oriented and has a wonderful and young team. The premium room is quite more spacious than i thought, which is a big plus. Daily cleaning and water provided for free, detail which is quite rare nowadays. Keep up the good work you are doing!

Well , the hotel is at an amazing location , to start with . But about the staff and how friendly and helpful they were , amazing I the least I can say ! The hotel`s whole staff did not hesitate for single time to meet and satisfy all our needs during our stay, or to compensate any disappointments , if any . :) About the very professional receptionists , especially Bob , helped us a lot booking places , recommending destinations that never disappointed us . they were very helpful . thank you for that ! definitely coming back one day inshallah . thank you so much for making our short vacation special .
