From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. It was a lovely 4 days trip in this place. The room is clean and have all the facilities you need. The location is great, few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hosts are super nice and very helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Mauritius.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice. Deevesh was very kind and always offering help and giving suggestions. But in general all of them were super. Food was really great. Every night, the dinner offer was changed to increase variety. Rooms were very clean. Pool staff really kind and polite.
