I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. The team of Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was really friendly and responded fast to my questions for example regarding spa bookings. They welcomed us with a small show of Nepalese music, we even got two Nepalese scarfs and really nice tea. The dinner was good and staff was friendly. In the afternoon we had now view of the mountains but the sunrise in the morning from the room as well as the terrace was purely magical.

Definitely one the better places I stayed at in Nepal. The room had a view on two sides which was really nice! The family that runs it is so kind and helpful. The food is really tasty and they have plenty of option to enjoy in the restaurant with a view. The shower was nice and warm. The water did take some time to warm up, but that's okay, you are also a bit higher up. When I left I forgot a cable in the room and the gentlemen was so fast to follow me with his scooter to bring me back the cable. They are really sweet people.

New hotel, everything is well-maintained and sparkling, the managers made us feel at home. The breakfast is of high quality and has satisfying varieties, the room we stayed in had a nice balcony and a sitting area. They prepared a nice package breakfast for us as we would be checking out early on the last day. It will always be our choice.
