The Staff welcoming and polite From the guy who checked us in . I forgot his name but memorable face and voice. From the lady who checked us out ( for the procedure of double checking if anything left behind in the room ) also memorable face . I think if you 2 are reading this u know who u are . Thanks for a lovely stay . Up to 3rd October 2023 Also that included breakfast package with the room is value for money . The separate cost for Dinner also was nice at the Ground floor restaurant and at gelato bar . As for Fyzz Gastro pub American and Greek cuisine it's menu value for money and yum yumm I like it's Halo Halo . As for the separate charge for the hotel wellness spa massage centre thank Rochelle for the massage . I was originally concern about the toilet what I was gonna get but when I used it ok the plumbing works . So ok . Also the bidet included Was a bonus exceeded my expectation

My girlfriend came for checkin past 6am in the morning and they still gave her the room and breakfast service very smoothly and seamlessly, really appreciated also she said breakfast was really delicious too :) booking it every time come to tacloban hopefully one day when we come to tacloban together in future too

staff very helpful and friendly as it seems to be the norm in the Philippines. we tried the buffet for lunch in the restaurant. let S just say that I needed guidance as to what was what in the buffet,but a discovery of new things and tastes was on the menu.Very good value for money,but limit your food waste or you get charged which is fair I think.Remember not everybody has food in the philippines
