Here are a few highlights that made my stay truly memorable: 1. **Location**: The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city's attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The sunset views from the hotel were breathtaking and a highlight of my day. 2. **Room Quality**: Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in the room's design and maintenance was evident and greatly appreciated. 3. **Service**: The service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, proactive, and eager to assist. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. 4. **Food**: The culinary offerings at the hotel were a delightful surprise. The dinner was particularly impressive, exceeding my expectations with its variety, quality, and presentation. 5. **Overall Experience**: From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, our experience was seamless and enjoyable. This Lodge is great, all stuff members are very friendly, even lovely, polite and very helpful. Breakfast and all the other meals were good and tasty - and always on time ! We stayed there for three nights and every day the beds were made and the garbage was taken out. We did not have that in all the other places. Great job, hopefully this Lodge has a secure future. We would stay there again.

I rarely write reviews but I have to write this one. The Elephant Home is more of a project and experience, I was a bit surprised at the beginning because there is no hot shower and no electricity and wifi the whole day but this actually made our stay even more perfect. I felt more present and realized how privileged I am. The staff is AMAZING. SO SO KIND AND HELPFUL. They helped us with everything and always made sure we had everything. The food was nice, sometimes maybe a bit too salty for my taste but as I said, I really appreciated what they were doing for us. I wish them all the best. We also did the vanilla tour and coffee tour - loved both.

The location was splendidly beautiful the food was delicious, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the evening traditional dances were heartfelt and connected us to the culture of Rubirizi District.
