Dinner: as a hotelguest they did not like to give us a table in the restaurant area, just bistrot!? Only after quite insisting with the greater she made it possible!! No table cloth, for a so nice hotel… servers very friendly

It was adequate, but nothing special. However, there was plenty of toast and butter. The coffee was good as were the juices and the scrambled eggs I had were fine.

Location was close to interstate. Earplugs came in handy for noise. Slept well.

The single senior lady just spent 7 nights here. What a wonderful time. Room was very clean and no funny smells. Lots of HOT water and lots of towels. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and I had excellent sleep time. It was nice that it had a fridge, microwave and coffee. Check in staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions and helped me when I locked my key card in my now locked room and gave me a replacement with a smile as we were both laughing. A special lady!! Any other staff I met was all friendly and polite. When I am in this area again this my 1st place to stay. Close to everything I wanted to do, and one of my better vacations. This place is a winner. I will be back.

Location is perfect right near Tons of stuff and a big plaza across the street. Staff was super nice. The whole place was super clean. Nice and quiet and worth the price.

A beautiful location, an old mansion. the host were very friendly and helpful. We were delighted. Westbrook is perfect base to discover New Haven and the surroundings.
