This is an exceptional place. It is beautiful and elegant. We really loved everything about it: the food, the service, the place, and how friendly they are. The Superior El Tarter apartments are situated opposite the ski slopes of El Tarter, in Grandvalira, and offer great views of the ski slopes and mountains. Lovely, comfortable apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a tub. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, Smart TV and fast WiFi. Parking included in the price and spacious. We were visiting in August, so it was a nice green mountain view through the window,but in Winter you can see ski slopes. Serene and lovely space, easy self-check-in and out. Windows equipped with external blinds and dark curtains through the whole apartment. Bus stop (if needed) you can reach just outside the building. For winter visitors there is also a fireplace in the living room.

Set in a stunning natural landscape in the north of the Principality of Andorra, with the Spanish and French borders nearby, this hotel is an ideal base to go skiing in the region. Amazing hotel, amazing view, amazing staff, amazing breakfast. Wish we could stay longer. Thank you, guys!

Serras Andorra is located in the Vall d’Incles region of Andorra with wonderful views of the Grandvalira mountains. Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

We liked everything in this hotel. Very clean, nice room. The bathroom is great. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The man managing the breakfast was super nice. Will recommend.

Extremely professional, nice, attentive and helpful staff. Very clean and well-groomed property. Easy to travel by local bus (L 4 line) to all nearby points of interest.
