I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Easy to self check in and check out. We had a nice stay here. There is 15-20 min by foot to the St Stephan Platz (city center). Close to the Prater Park. Metro line U1 is 3 min from the place. There are many restaurants, bakeries and Billa market. The host is very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend!

An innovative apartment hotel designed for living, working and socializing. The concept of well put together functional and pristine lofts with all mod cons at your disposal if you need them, just fab, it really works! The reception/restaurant/relaxation area on the top floor, overlooking Prater where everyone is very welcoming and accommodating was a lovely experience all on its own. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with the U2 metro station less than 5 minutes away, very easy access to anywhere in Vienna and beyond you wish to go. We would definitely stay in Zoku again and we wholeheartedly recommend it!
