Exceptional staff, attended to all our needs, room sizes are perfect, the electrical goods were top notch. Having access to a washer dryer combo made a very big difference! The location is in a quiet suburb away from all the busy Vienna life, but is still only a short train ride away to get back into the old town. You have access to a super market under the hotel which makes it easy to cook up your own meals with the in room kitchenette. We will absolutely be booking here on our next stay. The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! PS the towel animals were adorable!!

Amazing. It even had Bluetooth on the bathroom mirror where we played music all day. The room was so modern and it had a thousand plugs(outlets). It also had Netflix and led lights behind the bed. The room was so spacious!! They provide free unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and tea which was amazing. Overall a great experience with very nice staff expect for one girl at the reception who was really rude. Lastly the bed was really soft and comfy and the kitchen really nice with a washing machine.

This place is very contemporary and comfortable. It is really hard for me to think of anything I needed and could not get. Bonus if you come on weekend there is salsa/bachata night if you are into it. You can borrow records from the reception for listening and also tablet in the room is not very often in hotels. Location is quite central. Great job

An innovative apartment hotel designed for living, working and socializing. The room was so pretty and clean. It really felt like they paid attention to every detail. I loved that I could adjust the lighting too. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely want to stay here again if I visit Vienna. Highly recommended!
