Super localosation, new, clean, comfortable rooms, super breakfast, swiming pools... all amaizing. Fully recomend this gotel. And staff was very kind, helpful.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

Everything was perfect. We liked the pool and the pool bar very much (you could order drinks in the water). The staff were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was also very good. The communication with the host was excellent, she welcomed us couple of minutes after we arrived. The apartment is located in great new building in a quite area. Excellent value for the money!

Also what is very convenient is that it is easy to park in the property and then walk to the Gondola for the slopes! Highly recommended and for sure a good reason to come back to Bansko!
