The location was good, close to the train station and the gondola station. The staff was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was good and they had a lot of options. Also, the restaunt in the hotel was excellent (a little bit expensive) and the staff helped us with the resevation I was there during my birthday and they gave me a small cake and a birthday card during breakfast even when I didn't let them know, that was a nice surprise :)

Ideally situated in the centre of Bern, SONNEN Loft Bern - Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated apartment featuring express check-in and check-out and free private parking. This room is amazing, totally beyond my expectations. We had a very good rest here and all the facilities were very complete. It has a great view and you can see the bears in the park across from the house window. The landlord is very nice and all the design is very thoughtful. It is worth mentioning that she is a brilliant person and a writer!

Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :)
