The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Their cheeriness was infectious. A true asset to whoever owns the hotel. The room was very well appointed and decorated. Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is absolutely spotless and has everything you need. I can't describe how clean it is. It's located just 5-10min walk from the centre. Parking was great and super easy. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows, loved the bathrobes and Slippers which were provided. It literally felt like a luxury apartment where attention to detail was paid on every single thing. From the toiletries, to the plenty of water complimentary water bottles provided and mini Swiss chocolates. Last but not least, Gabriele at reception is the most welcoming, funny & efficient front office gentleman! We are definitely going to visit these apartments in the future. We'll done Swiss hotels, you have done a great job from front office to housekeeping!
