The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. This is a brand-new, very stylish hotel. I loved it! The rooms are comfortable and exciting. All staff members are helpful and very pleasant. We enjoyed chatting with them very much, but they were also very efficient at their work and made sure everything was running smoothly. Besides all the other delicacies they offer for breakfast, fresh bread is also something to remember. I also loved the cow farm that this high-end hotel restaurant window overlooks—it seemed exciting to us. We got a free Ticino card at the reception, including free public transportation and discounts at some Locarno city attractions, a nice bonus.

Wonderful and helpful staff, which was exceptionally friendly and professional, provided very helpful tips for stay/ area/ outings, with great communication. Learned, that the building has a lot of interesting history. Impeccably clean place. Spacious room and bathroom. Tasty, high quality and varied breakfast. Located in a (quiet, high quality) pedestrian zone, but accessible by car to drop off bags. Just a very short walk to the lakeside promenade, with lots of restaurants, and the boat landing. We had a great couple of days there and loved the area.
