I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.

This stay experience exceeded expectations! The staff provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service, being responsive to every request, which made people feel very caring. The room was fully equipped, clean and tidy, completely worth the price with an extremely high cost-performance ratio. Overall, I am very satisfied and must give a positive review!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Going above and beyond to help. They provided local tea, herbal foot bath and afternoon tea to give the guests a unique Chengdu experience. The rooms were not too big but well equipped and clean.
