It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. The hotel is just amazing, excellent location, beautiful architecture and great decor, great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly, our studio was very spacious and nice. The spa was really beautiful too.

Set in Mariánské Lázně, 4.5 km from Colonnade by the Singing Fountain, Hotel Rezidence Golf offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The location was beautiful, up in the forested hills yet only a 20-30 minute walk down through the forest to the town centre. It was excellent for cycling with plenty of forest routes and nearby lakes for swimming, as well as interesting towns and castles within easy driving distance.

We really like our stay at this little penzion in the cute little village of Kozlov. The room was modern, spacious and clean and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Markéta was a very gracious host and even called her neighbour to come unlock the beautiful historic church and give us a tour! It was a fantastic stay!
