They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests. I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare. Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.

I really loved this hotel! The staff were super friendly and informative from the beginning, the place was clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was so good and varied, and it was a 5 minute walk to the old town (actually, I think the hotel itself is technically in the Old Town...a 5 minute walk into the centre of the old town, in that case). I would recommend this place to friends, and I would stay here again. Great value for money, too.

Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is situated in the Mtatsminda district in central Tbilisi, 700 metres from Rustaveli Theatre and few steps from Rustaveli Avenue. The location was excellent, we could easily walk to everywhere. The room was quiet big and comfortable, everthing thought well. It was very clean. The staff was welcoming and helpfull. Breakfast was very good, even hot dishes were prepared in few minutes upon request.
