The staff (Shill, Sagar, kitchen staff, bellboys), each one were absolutely fabulous service and recommendations for area and super open to feedback on how they can improve to provide excellent service. They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!

The place is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very courteous, smiling warm and helpful. Ajay the life guard was very helpful and made sure we were safe in the pool. Shaun in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure all our special requests for kids were taken care. Aamish on the reception got our check in and check out done with breeze.

They take special care of you and really make you feel comfortable. Unlike many other places I've stayed in, they don't ask you to write a review on TripAdvisor and praise someone by name. That's the biggest tribute I can give to the entire staff, and you can be sure that all the praise on Booking is honestly deserved. Really, I can't mention anyone by name because absolutely every single member of staff was of the highest standard and worthy of mention and praise. I really haven't experienced such service elsewhere during my travels in India. The place is perfect for those who want a quieter place and don't like crowded places. One of the few places where there were always lounge chairs available by the pool. The pool itself is big enough and just like the pictures, and of course there was no shortage of unobtrusive staff to make sure you had everything you needed - a beach towel, something to eat or drink or a ball to play in the water. The breakfast staff and chefs do their best to make sure your morning starts pleasantly, and for us a big bonus was the very good coffee, which we couldn't get anywhere else on our Indian holiday. It is also a sign of the care that one morning when our teenage daughter fell asleep in her room, it was immediately noticed and we were offered to take her something to her room to eat later. The whole communication with the receptionist was also very pleasant. There is a restaurant on site where you can have a very good dinner in the evenings. This time we dined there less only because we wanted to try other places to eat in the area. This was our second visit and if I ever find myself in the same area again, we would definitely stay at the same place.

Located just 250 metres from the Arabian Sea in the village of Candolim, Casa Da Praia features an outdoor swimming pool. All rooms overlook the pool. Free WiFi access is available. This has to be one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed at! I normally don't spend my holidays at the pool, but this one was just absolutely perfect to recharge - beautiful rooms and outdoor area, lovely hosts, great food. I wouldn't know what more to ask for.
