A very nice valley, great for walks and hiking, and finding berries . We have been several times here and also enjoyed the dinners and breakfast, all ver good.

Grund was a warm and cozy respite from cold and extremely windy weather. The apartment was in a fantastic location in town - a short walk from the one small grocery store, a restaurant, and a waterfall. It was also an easy drive to all the amazing sights in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. The kitchen has all you might need to cook - including an ample supply of spices and oils to use. All in all this was an amazing place to stay for our first two nights in Iceland.

The location of the house was right in front of Kirkjufell. We woke up every morning to an amazing view of the mountain and fell asleep to the sights of the northern lights. What an amazing stay. Eva and Kolla the hosts were very responsive and equipped their house in the most considerate manner.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Great location, wonderful breakfast in a very cute Cafe, room was clean & comfortable.

The hotel is a great location, quite modern and has nice rooms. The star of the stay was the stuff and especially Maria the receptionist. She was extremely helpful, polite and eager to help. Also the restaurant on top was great and the food is top notch. Don't miss it.

Great hotel in a nice village. The room was very nice and large. We were able to check in early which was helpful. Situated 2 minute walk from a delicious restaurant. The breakfast was great. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This family run guesthouse sits scenically on the Snæfellsnes peninsula on Iceland’s western coast, and features views of the surrounding nature from all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. Hotel Langaholt was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a fantastic view. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Watching the Northern Lights all night through the big room window with the mountains in the background was unforgettable. Highly recommend!
