The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Sassi. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! Situated in Atella and with National Archaeological Museum reachable within 39 km, Palazzo Badiale history&rooms features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi... The room was spacious, extremely clean and super comfortable and the bed was big and comfy. Our hosts, Emilio and Donatella, were so lovely, helpful and generous!! We felt as if we were at home with friends. The fact that they make the best pizza, pastry, cake and chocolate obviously helps :) Fantastic stay and definitely recommended!!!!

LITHOS ROOMs, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Matera, 1.1 km from Matera Cathedral, less than 1 km from MUSMA Museum, as well as a 15-minute walk from Tramontano Castle. The staff at LITHOS is great! They were able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out for us. The parking abundant, both free (on the street) and paid (they have a garage). The rooms are brand new, a short walk to the best things to see in Matera. Amazing stay!

Property was extremely clean and beautifully restored. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and helped with suggestions for dinner and hiking options in the park.
