There was AC, the room design was great, people stay there was friendly and we shared a 6 mixed room for 2 nights with my girlfriend. There is a bar down to have a relax time which was very elegant. In conclusion, it was a really good stay.

We also deeply appreciated the doorman on duty on the mornings of April 10th and 11th, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking if we needed assistance, an umbrella, or help booking a taxi.

We got a free upgrade to a suite which was spacious with an amazing view of the historical Chiostro di Michelangelo. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
