The location is perfect, the facilities were fantastic, the restaurant was reasonably priced with beautiful food and all the staff were beyond friendly and helpful - special shout out to Richmond the barman, the groundsman who’s name I’ve forgotten sorry, and the young lad on the gates. I had a hot stone massage which was incredible and again the ladies in the spa were lovely.

Really nice hotel, the place was supposedly full but you’d never know! Felt like we were the only guests there. V peaceful. Staff attentive, pool great (and empty!), only had a few meals in but they were v nice.

The location was great. Close to all restaurants and a wide variety of night life activities. The beach was a few steps away from the hotel. The facility was great, we had an exceptional host. Location in a middle of a rain forest, it was wonderful to hear the sounds of nature and nothing else in the early morning while having some good coffee. Local cooks are masters, quality of food they were serving was stunning. Object manager Mark was very helpful in organizing drivers for our trips. He also organized a birthday cake for my daughter on our arrival. Kids loved the pool. I have found most of the Jamaican endemite birds in Zimbali surroundings.

It was incredibly clean and well cared for. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. We would definitely come back. One suggestion....designated smoking area
