She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally efficient, managing our check-in swiftly even with the hotel being very busy. Personnel and staff (Mahmod) were courteous and kind. Mahmod accommodated my needs, including breakfast and room change. Highly recommended.

They are perfectly located (in a very nice and quiet area, ten minutes stroll to Rainbow Street with lots of restaurants and shops). The staff is so friendly, the hotel is super clean. The rooms are the best. We got a family room - with two big bedrooms, kitchen, living, bathrooms … The breakfast was amazing!!! We really liked everything.
