Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

I had a fantastic family experience at the apartment in IPANA! The property was excellent, with three spacious rooms and top-notch amenities. The rooftop pools, a total of four, were a standout feature, making it one of the best rooftop pool experiences in Playa del Carmen for families. The added bonus was the delightful couple's massage we enjoyed and the well-appointed gym that had all the necessary equipment. I highly recommend it for a fantastic and enjoyable family getaway.

Really good value for money. The accommodation is great. A bit of construction going on around the place but nothing that disturbed. Speedy WiFi. Felt Safe. Care taken for design and architecture. Relaxing atmosphere with daily yoga, library and free bicycles. Location is quiet spot close to center square. Breakfast is also great! Sincerely recommend staying here when in bacalar!
