Not on site 24/7 but around each day and also available online. When they are around will give extra amenities (towels, tissues, coffee, tea etc) with a smile if you just ask. So it's the best balance between a hotel and a private rental. Owner and manager both available in case of any problems. Rooms very clean with smart and comfortable feel. Staff keep the rooms and communal areas under 24/7 air con so you immediately start to cool down when coming in from the heat. (They don't go in your room and turn off the a/c like many hotels!) Perfect location in Mutrah.

It is an amazing hotel! We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy and clean. The receptionist team especially Ms.Nancy was very helpful friendly and professional.
