The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. We loved everything from the location the room with the thought of every little detail like the warm bottle in bed at night the tea and the little cloth in the bathroom saying use me for everything. The service was so good from everyone of the staff. The breakfast was excellent so was dinner . Because we left early for Machu Pichu we got breakfast to go that was so perfect again with thought of the small things. Thank you for welcoming my daughter and her boyfriend that needed a place to stay few days later while waiting for their flight.

7th Wonder Apart Hotel Cusco provides accommodation within 700 metres of the centre of Cusco, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenware. Breakfast was simple, fresh fruit, freshly made eggs, bread, cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice, and serviceable coffee. It was good, for all it was simple. Get coffee elsewhere if you're a coffee snob, but it was perfectly fine if all you needed was the caffeine. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. We had a hike booked, but I got food poisoning (not from this place!) the morning we were supposed to leave. I spent 16 hours (I counted, it was great) not able to leave the bathroom for more than five minutes. This place is central to everything while being off the main road, so my brother didn't have to go far to find me meds and gatorade. And hey, I can tell you with assurance that the bathroom was not the worst place to spend 16 hours throwing up! Wouldn't do it again, necessarily, but it could have been worse. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The place has the space to allow your party a little privacy if you want it (living room and bedroom, little courtyard). I'd definitely stay here again.

Ureta Hotel is situated in Cusco, within 1.7 km of Holy Family Church and 1.5 km of San Blas Church. This 3-star hotel offers free shuttle service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. First of all, they offered a transport from the airport which was very convenient. When it comes to the location, the hotel is located a bit away from the center but it's not an issue -20mins walk, 5mins by taxi and there are lots of local and good restaurants around, at the same time it's quiet. Both hotel and the room itself was very clean, the bed was so big and comfy, we loved it! But the best part is the owners - the nicest people, we felt taken care of each day. You can get a coca tea for free for the altitude, the breakfasts are prepared freshly and were so yummy! And when you're going for a trip early in the morning, they will provide you with a 'take-out box' with some fruits, snacks and water. If you have questions or needs, they will surely try to help. We would surely stay there again. PS. You need to wait a little bit for a hot water to come, but it's there! :)
