Check in and check out was very smooth! The air conditioning was working well plus the heated shower. The house was clean and located in safe community.

We have everything we need, with kitchen appliances and utensils - we just need to bring the food we plan on cooking as shops and restaurants are a bit out of the way from this gated community. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The clubhouse pool, which is about 8-10mins walk from the villa is great with 3 mini jacuzzi pools (at time of our visit, maintenance was on Wednesdays). You can use kayaks free of charge but needs to be within certain times. Bikes are free for use too. Great place to unwind with friends and family.
