In addition to shower gel and shampoo, there are plenty of towels as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The key handover was uncomplicated and the owner is a super cool guy who also lives in the same building with his family. He was also always available to us via WhatsApp. Therefore, it is no problem at all to arrange a personal key handover at check-out and the private and video-monitored parking space is an absolute plus! We would stay here again :)
